Software Development Process

miniOrange adopts agile method of software development. Software is developed in incremental, rapid cycles. This results in small incremental releases with each release building on previous functionality. Each release is thoroughly tested to ensure software quality is maintained.

Steps of Agile Methodology:

During intial phase our team perform requirement analysis and planning that describes exact need of customer, how technical tasks are going to take place and what resources are needed and how to use them.
Depending on the analysis we identify the design and architecture of the project.
During the development phase, our team starts project work in series of smaller iterations .
The team identifies scope of work for each iteration and tracks the progress.
Work demo is conducted during each sprint which helps to see the project progress and collect feedback. It prevents the risk of developing features that the client didn’t ask for. Feedbacks of sprint are incorporated in the next sprint.
