HR Manager
Have a career in the dynamic and ever-changing Software Security domain with in-depth exposure to Identity & Access Management. The role will involve developing, enhancing, and scaling existing & new products. The candidate will need to be self-motivated, needs to be able to multitask, and be a demonstrated team player.

Qualification: MBA in HR or equivalent qualification in HR is a must
Location: Baner, Pune
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Analysis of monthly and weekly revenue, SWOT analysis of all other the reports and give the solutions on it.
- Work on company taxation, preparation of financial statements.
- Handle client issues and give the solutions.
- Work on all operations activities of the company.
- Keep a track on the marketing team and give the inputs to improvement.
- Provide support to employees in various HR related activities like performance management and learning management, employee engagement activities, welfare, resolving issues, statutory compliance like pf, tds etc.
- General Administration.
Requirements:
- Graduation in any stream. Any proven work experience in operations would be an added advantage.
- Manage and handle teams. Ability to work in a small team that has a dynamic environment where priorities change often. You need to be able to cope up with all that.
- Good in Leadership, problem solver, multitasking person.
- Strong Verbal and written communication.
- Should have good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
- Experience in working with technology organizations will be a plus.
