OAuth Server for WordPress
OAuth Server (OAuth 2.0 Server) allows Single Sign On to your client apps with WordPress. It allows you to use WordPress as your OAuth Server and access OAuth API’s. The OAuth Server plugin is created in WordPress by virtue of which, user can work with OAuth2 compliant client.

This plugin provide support to Rocket.chat, Invision Community and other custom OAuth and OpenID Connect client applications. OAuth Server plugin works with any OAuth client that conforms to the OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect 1.0 standard.

Follow the Step-by-Step Guide to enable miniOrange OAuth Server for WordPress

Step 1: Download and install miniOrange OAuth Server

  • From your WordPress dashboard

    • Visit Plugins > Add New.
    • Search for OAuth Server ( OAuth Provider ) plugin. Install the plugin.
    • Activate OAuth Server by miniOrange from your Plugins page.
  • From WordPress.org

    • Download OAuth Server by miniOrange.
    • Unzip and upload the plugin directory to your /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
    • Activate OAuth Server by miniOrange from your Plugins page.

Step 2: Configure OAuth Server:

  • Go to Settings > miniOrange OAuth Server > OAuth Clients, and follow the instructions
  • Go to 'How to Setup?' tab to get Scope and Endpoints information.
