Jira Share Issue – Error Codes
Please refer to the list of error codes below for a rundown of each one and how to resolve it.
| Error Codes | Description | User Action |
|---|---|---|
| 1001 | License Not Found: A valid license is required to run the add-on. Please make sure you’ve used one. | Go to the Manage apps page of the Jira server, click on Share Issue For Jira. Enter a valid license generated from here. |
| 1002 | License Expired: The license configured for the add-on has been expired. Please update the license. | Go to the Manage apps page of the Jira server, click on Share Issue For Jira. Enter a valid license generated from here. |
| 1003 | Unknown Error: An unknown error has occurred. | Please refer the troubleshooting tab of the plugin. You can raise a support ticket here or email us at info@xecurify.com. |
