This position has been introduced to help athletes and sports person to get into the software industry. Sports included in Sports Quota are Athletics, Swimming and Triathlon. Special weightage to candidates will be given as per the information below.

Accounts Officer

Experience : 2+ years

Skills Required

  1. Performing accounts payable and receivable function.
  2. Managing vendor accounts.
  3. Proficient at Tally and MS Office.

Roles and Responsibilities -
  1. Monitoring day to day responsibilities relating to Accounts.
  2. Maintaining books of accounts. Passing accounting entries (Sale, Purchase, debit notes, credit notes, receipts, payments), petty cash on daily basis.
  3. Calculation and payment of TDS online and Handle GST Payment & Return Filling.
  4. Preparation of cheques and vendor payment processing.
  5. Experience with general ledger functions and month-end, year-end close process.
  6. Hands on experience of Accounting Software like Tally Prime, MS Office.
  7. Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements.
  8. Bank reconciliation.
