Once logged in, the left navigation menu displays the following options:
Personal Profile: In this section, users can edit the attributes that have been made editable by the administrator. They can also update their profile picture as needed.
Configure MFA: This section allows users to configure their Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) methods. Only the MFA options enabled by the administrator will be available for selection.
Change Password: In this section, users can change their existing password to maintain account security.
Mobile App Connect: This option, located in the upper-right corner of the dashboard, allows users to connect their account with the miniOrange Self-Service mobile app. Upon clicking, a QR code is displayed, which can be scanned using the app to enable account operations directly from a mobile device.
