How do I install the Application Access and Governance app in Jira Cloud?
To install the app in Jira Cloud:
- Log in to your Jira instance as an admin
- From the top navigation bar, open Apps
- Select Explore new apps
- Search for Application Access and Governance Workflow
- Open the app listing and click Try it Free
- After installation, you’ll see a success message and can start using the app

Which applications can I integrate with the app?
Currently, Okta, Jira, and Entra ID (Azure AD) are supported. Additional integrations such as Jira, Entra ID (Azure AD), Atlassian Cloud, Google Workspace, BambooHR, AWS, and Workday are listed as upcoming and will be available in future releases.

Where can I access the app after installation?
Once the app is installed successfully, you can access it from the Apps section in Jira.
You’ll be able to open the app and begin configuring access request workflows, approvals, and application integrations from the app dashboard.
