Unlock User Account

Here, follow the steps to unlock the active directory user account in case the account is locked. Securely unlock the user account and regain access to the account.

• Click on the Account Unlock link.

• Enter your Username and click Submit.

• Enter the OTP received on your registered email and click Submit.

• You’ll see a success message once the account is unlocked.
