Configure Profile Mapping in AD Tools

To set up user profile mapping:

• Navigate to Self Service Manager > Profile Mapping.
• Input Field Names:
  Displays the label for each profile input field visible to the user.
• Attribute Name:
  Shows the corresponding Active Directory attribute that is linked to the input field.
• Input Format:
  Allows you to define the format for each input field. Supported formats include:
• Text
• Numeric
• Alphanumeric
• Characters
• Boolean
• Email
• Telephone Number
• ...and more.
• Edit Access:
  Determines whether users can update the field themselves:
• Allowed: Users can edit the attribute via their profile.
• Denied: Field is read-only for users.
• Action: Use the icons in this column to edit or delete a profile mapping entry.
