Motion Graphic Designer

As a Motion Graphic Designer, you will create, enhance, and edit high-quality video and motion graphics for marketing and corporate communications, translating business requirements into engaging visuals while adhering to brand guidelines. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and produce motion graphics, explainer videos, and animated content for miniOrange's product suite.
- Design and animate product demo videos, onboarding walkthroughs, and feature launch reels for web, social, and in-app placements.
- Collaborate with video editors, marketing, and content teams to develop visual concepts.
- Create visually engaging ad creatives and campaign videos for paid and organic channels (LinkedIn, YouTube, Google).
- Ensure visual consistency across all video assets aligned with brand guidelines.
- Handle basic camera operations for video shoots, including framing, lighting coordination, and on-site recording as required.
- Own the end-to-end motion production pipeline — scripting, storyboarding, animation, sound design, and final delivery.
- Stay updated with motion design trends, tools, and techniques.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of professional motion graphics or video design experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or tech.
- Expert-level proficiency in After Effects; strong command of Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Solid understanding of typography, composition, color theory, and animation timing.
- Portfolio demonstrating explainer videos, product demos, or tech/security-related motion work.
- Ability to simplify technical concepts into clear visual narratives without sacrificing accuracy.
- Experience with audio mixing, sound syncing, and basic sound design is a plus.
- Familiarity with Figma for collaborating on static assets and UI references.
- Strong ownership mindset — comfortable managing multiple projects independently.
