Senior IT Executive
We are seeking a Senior IT Executive to lead and manage the organization's IT infrastructure, network security, and systems administration while ensuring compliance with ISO standards and organizational policies. This role will be responsible for maintaining high availability, security, and performance of all IT services, as well as driving continual improvement through the effective implementation of IT security policies, ISO standards, documentation, and best practices

Roles & Responsibilities:

IT Infrastructure & Network
- Plan, configure, and manage: Firewalls, L3 Switches, Wireless Access Points (WAPs)
- Maintain LAN/WAN infrastructure and internet connectivity.
- Monitor network traffic, uptime, and performance metrics

Server & Directory Services
- Administer and maintain: user/group policy, DNS, DHCP, file services
- Manage user accounts, access permissions, and security policies.

Endpoint & Security Management
- Deploy and monitor endpoint security solutions (AV/EDR, DLP).
- Manage and support endpoint devices (laptops, desktops)
- Oversee patching, updates, and device hardening
- Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and risk mitigation

IT Governance, ISO Compliance & Documentation
- Implement and maintain IT policies, procedures, and documentation aligned with: Quality Management and Information Security Management
- Maintain and update ISO-related documentation and audit records
- Prepare, maintain, and review IT reports and compliance logs
- Drive internal IT audits, risk assessments, and ensure timely closure of NCs (non-conformities)
- Maintain asset inventory, access control logs, backup, and disaster recovery plans.

Support & Collaboration
- Lead the IT team in daily operations, escalations, and task allocation.
- Coordinate with vendors for procurement, AMC, and support services.
- Conduct training sessions to improve user security awareness and IT best practices
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in IT / Computer Science or related field.
- 6+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Security, and ISO standards implementation (preferably in an IT company)
- Hands-on expertise in L3 Switches, Access Points and Endpoint Security & DLP Solutions
- Proven experience in:
- Implementing and maintaining ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 standards
- ISO documentation and maintaining compliance records
- Preparing and presenting IT reports and audit documentation
- Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and vendor management abilities
