Unlock User Accounts


  • To identify and unlock users whose accounts are currently locked:
  • Navigate to Object Management > User Management > Locked.
  • A list of users with locked accounts will be displayed.
  • To find a specific user, enter their username in the search box and click the search icon.
  • In the Action column, click the Unlock User button next to the user whose account you want to unlock.

This immediately restores account access without requiring a password reset or administrative escalation.
