AI/ML Tech Lead
We are looking for a talented and experienced AI/ML Tech Lead to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of hands-on experience to drive innovation and lead AI initiatives within our organization. Experience in the Cyber Security / IAM domain is a plus.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of AI solutions to solve complex business problems and optimize operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and product managers, to drive AI initiatives from ideation to deployment.
- Architect scalable and reliable AI systems, leveraging cutting-edge technologies and best practices in machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, providing technical expertise, code reviews, and knowledge sharing to foster a culture of continuous learning and growth.
- Conduct research and stay updated on advancements in AI technologies, recommending innovative solutions and strategies to enhance our AI capabilities.
- Ensure AI projects meet quality standards, performance metrics, and regulatory requirements, conducting thorough testing and validation throughout the development lifecycle.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements, define project objectives, and deliver AI-driven insights and solutions that drive business value.
- Lead technical discussions, present project updates, and provide recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years in AI development, with expertise in machine learning algorithms, deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), and AI technologies.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
- Experience in leading AI projects from conception to production, with a track record of delivering successful AI solutions that meet business objectives.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and AI/ML deployment tools.
- Knowledge of data management, data preprocessing, and data visualization techniques.
