Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in related technical and/or human resources field required.
At least three years of related recruiting experience required, with prior experience in technical roles a plus.
Skills required :
Proven work experience skills as Technical Recruiter
Excellent verbal & written communication and interpersonal skills
Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
Expertise in sourcing techniques
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Write and post technical job descriptions.
Source potential candidates on niche skills.
Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicant's abilities.
Coordinate with team managers for interview scheduling and follow up.
Maintains contact with candidates to keep them apprised of the status of their applications.
Able to close the requirement in the given time frame.
Should have experience working on various recruitment platforms like Linkedin,Naukri etc.
