Operations Intern
We are seeking a dynamic and service-oriented Soft Services Intern from a Hospitality /Hotel Management background who is eager to gain hands-on experience in corporate facility and soft service operations. This internship provides practical exposure to housekeeping management, security coordination, pantry supervision, transport management, and internal event support within a professional corporate environment.
Status: Full Time, Intern
Qualification:Pursuing or completed BHM / Hotel Management / Hospitality course with strong interest in Facility Management or Corporate Administration.
Location: Baner, Pune
Duration: 3-6 months
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist in supervising daily housekeeping operations and ensure hygiene standards.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintain service quality checklists.
- Coordinate with security staff for smooth visitor and access management.
- Oversee pantry and kitchen hygiene, food service quality, and inventory levels.
- Assist in managing company drivers, vehicle deployment, and transport logs.
- Monitor housekeeping and pantry consumables and support vendor follow-ups.
- Maintain documentation, MIS reports, and operational trackers using basic Excel.
- Support internal events, meetings, VIP visits, and employee engagement activities.
