Senior Technical Architect
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of hands-on experience in Java / J2EE frameworks and a proven track record of leading technical teams to deliver scalable solutions and products. As a Senior Technical Architect, you will play a crucial role in guiding the technical direction of our projects, mentoring team members, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of developers in the design, development, and implementation of scalable software solutions using Java / J2EE frameworks.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and quality assurance, to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Architect and design robust, scalable, and high-performance software solutions that meet the business requirements and technical standards.
- Conduct code reviews, ensure adherence to coding best practices, and drive continuous improvement in code quality and performance.
- Evaluate new technologies and tools, and make recommendations for adoption based on the project requirements and industry best practices.
- Lead by example, demonstrating technical expertise, professionalism, and a commitment to excellence in all aspects of software development.
Requirements:
- 5-20 years of hands-on experience in software development, with a focus on Java / J2EE frameworks.
- Proven experience in technically leading teams to deliver scalable solutions and products.
- Strong expertise in Java, Spring framework, Hibernate, and other J2EE technologies.
- Experience with microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and cloud-based technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
- Solid understanding of software design principles, design patterns, and architectural best practices.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve project goals and deliverables.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions on time and within budget.
