Qualification:: Bachelor's / Master's degree (Marketing) or equivalent experience.
Location: Baner, Pune
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance engagement and brand visibility.
- Create engaging content across diverse platforms to foster audience interaction.
- Maintain and execute a comprehensive social media calendar for consistent posting schedules and strategic content planning.
- Monitor, optimize, and manage company profiles to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and community standards.
- Actively engage with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and user-generated content.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on web traffic and ROI coming through Social Media.
- Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) including engagement rate, conversion rate, follower growth, reach, impressions, content performance, and customer sentiment.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align social efforts with overall brand objectives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in social media marketing or digital media with a strong preference for demonstrated success in the B2B industry.
- Strong communication, writing, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in social analytics tools and understanding of web-related concepts.
- Familiarity with social media management tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, and Sprout Social.
- An ability to identify target audience preferences and build content to meet them.
- Knowledgeable about online marketing and major channels.
- Detail-oriented, customer-focused, and adept at multitasking.
- Fluency in English.
