Enterprise Sales Manager / Channel Sales Director

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Enterprise Lead Generation: Strategically utilize LinkedIn and other platforms to generate enterprise-level leads, build relationships, and identify potential clients interested in our solutions.
- Outbound Lead Generation: Develop and execute outbound lead generation strategies to reach target prospects, effectively communicating the value proposition of our products/services to generate interest and drive sales opportunities.
- Channel Partner Network Development: Lead the effort to establish and expand a robust channel partner network within the region, fostering relationships with partners, and collaborating closely to achieve mutual business objectives.
- Qualification of Partner-Generated Leads: Work closely with channel partners to qualify leads generated from the partner network, ensuring that they meet established criteria and are aligned with our target customer profiles.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline, tracking leads, opportunities, and partnerships using CRM tools, providing regular updates and forecasts to senior management.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to align strategies, optimize processes, and ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Performance Analysis and Reporting: Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, and prepare comprehensive reports for management review.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Master's Degree in Management Studies or MBA (equivalent).
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in enterprise sales, business development, or channel sales.
- Proven success in generating enterprise leads through LinkedIn and other digital platforms.
- Strong expertise in outbound lead generation strategies and techniques.
- Demonstrated ability to build and manage successful channel partner networks, driving revenue through partner-generated leads.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for pipeline management and reporting.
- Strategic thinking and a results-driven approach to sales and business development.
- Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team.
