HR Intern
As an HR Intern, you will support the HR Team in onboarding, HR operations, and documentation. This internship provides hands-on exposure to core HR functions and an opportunity to learn in a fast-paced, tech-focused company. The HR team at miniOrange plays a key role in driving a culture of innovation, learning, excellence, and employee engagement.
Status: Full Time, Intern
Qualification: Pursuing or completed MBA / BBA / BA / B.Com / HR Certification
Location: Baner, Pune
Duration: 3-6 months
Roles & Responsibilities:

Onboarding & Documentation:
- Assist in pre-onboarding activities like collecting documents and verifying information
- Coordinate Day 1 formalities, induction sessions, scheduling, and buddy allocations
- Maintain employee records, trackers, and HRIS entries
- Prepare ID cards, create email IDs (as required), and support access setup

HR Operations:
- Maintain HR databases, attendance, and leave records
- Support in drafting HR letters (internship letters, experience letters, appointment letters, etc.)
- Assist with policy communication and compliance documentation

Employee Engagement:
- Help plan and execute Birthdays, other celebrations, and team-building activities
- Assist in surveys, feedback collection, and event logistics
- Create simple communication content (emails, templates, announcements)
Qualifications & Skills:
- Pursuing or completed MBA / BBA / BA / B.Com / HR Certification
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
