View Locked Users

A user account is locked when the user fails maximum login attempts set by the administrator. Once the account is locked, the user is not allowed to login until the account is unlocked by the administrator.

[Note: This configuration, previously available under Users > View Locked Users, has been moved to Users > User List.]

How can admins unlock locked accounts?

  • Go to Users >> Users list.
  • miniOrange Identity Platform Admin Handbook: View Locked Users

  • Click on Filter >> under User Status, click on Locked User >> and click Apply.

  • Users list will update to show the locked user in the table.

  • If you want to unlock the user, click on the three dots in the Action column.
  • miniOrange Identity Platform Admin Handbook: Unblock user

  • Click on the Unlock User from the Actions menu list >> a modal will open.
  • miniOrange Identity Platform Admin Handbook: Unblock user

  • Modal will show the user's last login information >> click on the Unlock button >> user's account will get unlocked, and the user will be able to log in again.
