OTP Over Email Template

miniOrange supports OTP over Email as an authentication method in which users will receive the email on their registered email ids.The email includes a verification code that users need to enter to prove their identity. These emails are completely customizable as per the organization requirements.


Steps to Customize the template for OTP over Email:

  • Login to MiniOrange Admin Console.
  • Go to Customization > Email Templates.

  • Select OTP Over Email from the list shown.

  • To customize the default template, Select SET CUSTOMIZED EMAIL TEMPLATE.

  • In this Section, you can modify From Title, Subject, logo and the body of the email.
  • You can also modify the Style of the existing template by using the options shown below.

  • If you have any HTML code to be used for the template, you can directly use that by clicking the button shown below.

    Once all the changes are made, this can be tested by sending a sample email. Just enter the email id and click on Send Test Email button.

  • Once the test Email is verified, Click on the Save button to apply the changes made.
