MFA Report

• Provides a detailed overview of all MFA methods used by end-users, helping administrators track authentication preferences and usage patterns.
• Go to Reports >> search for MFA Report, and click on it.



• Enter the Flow/App name and the user's Username or Email ID to track the associated MFA method.



• Click on MFA method dropdown to filter by a specific authentication method.



• You can also specify the status of the method by clicking on the Status dropdown to generate detailed MFA reports.



• Specify a date range by entering From and To dates to view the end-user activities and retrieve the MFA reports.



• Click on Search. The report will display detailed information about end users and their MFA activities according to the selected filters.



• After reviewing the report, click the Clear Filter link to reset any filters you applied.
• To export the report, click the Download link at the top-right corner to export the data in CSV format.
